I know some of the nicer resturants are two credits off your DDP does anyone know exactly which resturants these are i would really like to know so when i start making my ADRs i know more or less what i'm working with please and

I printed off a list right from the Disney website. It has a list of all participating restaurants, S, CS, TS, & the places that charge 2 Table Credits. I think this website has this information also (home page then to dining) and ellears.net does as well.
