Yes -- both H&V and Mama Melrose's are 1 TS credit. Brown Derby is 2 TS credits.

What time should I make my reservation if I want to catch the Fantasmic show at the same time?? Or do I just say I want the Fantasmic package and they give me an appropriate time?

You don't actually watch Fantasmic at the same time you eat dinner. You eat dinner at whichever of the three restaurants you select, and then they give you a voucher for priority seating for Fantasmic. There is sort of stadium seating, and without the voucher you need to stand in line for quite a while to get in and be seated. With the voucher, you still need to show up a little bit early and you are guaranteed a seat in a particular section to view the show. Fantasmic typically shows at 9:00 pm -- I think if MGM has EMH late that night there is a second showing. The Fantasmic dinner seatings are usually quite early. I called more than three months in advance, and the latest dinner seating I could get at Mama Melrose's was 4:50 pm, but that's ok with us. We will check out some rides and maybe a show, then go to Fantasmic at 9:00 pm. We even made an ADR for dessert at Sci Fi at 10:10 pm
