We never done a "sit down" breakfast, only buffets. We have one more breakfast to book, and aren't sure where to go.
Also, it seems like (on the dining plan) it isn't really as good a value as lunch or dinner?
Do you only get one drink? I need my OJ as well as my tea in the morning!:goodvibes

you'll get tea and oj. It's usually juice and tea/coffee/soda. whatever you want. I've never known them to tell anyone on the dining plan that a basic type of drink wasn't included.
Def agree it's not always the best deal- but to me the joy of the dining plan is partially not having to worry about money which includes not worrying if you're not spending enough and getting the best deal :)
Eat what you feel like eating.
Where are you staying? Or are you looking for meals in the parks?

We are staying at Pop, but it'll be a non-park day, so we are looking at resort restaurants. We are eating dinner at Sanaa that night.

Actually, thinking about it, it could be our Epcot day, eating at Coral Reef that night, so breakfast in Epcot would be another option. Trying to make it mostly a non-park day, with just a couple of hours for dinner (and maybe the fireworks).

The only other breakfast we have booked is a late (11:10) at Park Fare.

Try the Kona Cafe at the Polynesian. It's our favorite TS breakfast.

Our favorite breakfast is at Ohana's at the Poly resort. It is served family style and all you can eat. I love sitting and enjoying the atmosphere with unlimited coffee and the best juice we have ever had!
