Hi! I am planning for our upcoming trip to Disney in June and was in need of some suggestions. Typically we solely go to character buffet breakfast restaurants (ex: Chef Mickey, 1900 Park, CP). However, we normally only go to Disney for 4 days. This vacation we are going for 6 days; however, we don't want to be eating that much food for breakfast for our entire vacation. I was wondering if you had any suggestions for good table service breakfast restaurants! Thank for your help!

Now that I think of it I can't even think of one. I think 'Ohanas at the Polynesian is Family Style which is a little different that buffet.

You could always go to a character buffet and just limit what you eat too. Just because there is a lot of food there doesn't mean you have to eat it all. The characters are so much fun!

I think almost all Breakfast TS's are buffet. The restaurant at OKW (I can't remember the name) has breakfast, and it's pretty good, not buffet style. Also Whispering Canyon at WL has a family style (similar to buffet) option, but they have individual meals on their menu, as well. They're the only two places I can think of that have non-buffet options.

I have been looking into this for our next trip too and so I will be interested to read peoples responses. :thumbsup2 In my research I have come across mention of Kona at Poly several times and the menu looks great. HTH! :thumbsup2

We like the breakfast food at Kona at the Poly. It is a TS but not a buffet. It has good food, especially the Macademia Nut Pancakes (Yum). We also like the Waves breakfast, although I think I read somewhere that they were trying it as a buffet, but it used to be sit down. It was good too. Sunshine Seasons in Epcot (not a TS), but also not a buffet, has very good breakfast options if you are going to be in Epcot in the morning. We found they have more than enough choices for breakfast. Again, not a TS, just a different option. My favorite TS for breakfast is Kona though, hands down.

we had wonderful breakfast at the Grand Floridian Cafe. I think the Wave has a good breakfast too.

Boatwright's at POR has a good breakfast menu (not buffet). Olivia's at OKW is good too. Wolfgang Puck Express in DTD Marketplace has excellent breakfast choices (cornflake waffles!). 'Ohanas over at the Poly is a character breakfast but it is family style, not buffet. The Kona Cafe over at the Poly gets great reviews for breakfast but we haven't tried it yet.

Olivia's at OKW. It's good. Also, as others have mentioned Kona at the Poly is excellent and The Grand Floridian Cafe at the GF is good for breakfast too.

We did the breakfast in Norway in Epcot. It was family style. Pretty good too. We've also done Boma at aKL for breakfast it is a buffet but really yummy

Kona (Poly) has tonga toast which gets rave reviews. We love the banana bread french toast at Olivia's ... and The Grand Floridian Cafe is wonderful also! Enjoy!

Kona Cafe at the Poly is my favorite TS breakfast spot. Some close friends recently ate at Kouzzina for breakfast and like it alot there too, we're going to try there next trip.

Unfortunately Boatwrights stopped serving breakfast a while ago. We went to Kona Cafe in September and thought it was just ok, although many people here on the DIS love it. We had a great breakfast at Kouzzina and are definitely making it a "must do" on our next trip.

I LOVE KONA.
They have the BEST breakfast I have ever had in Disney. A must for us....

While we like a character meal every now and then, we like Kona, Grand Floridian Cafe, The Wave, Olivia's and Kouzzina for TS breakfast.
