I'm seriously considering staying on-site and doing the Deluxe Dining Plan. If we do this, it means I'm going to have to also plan for TS breakfasts (and lunch) not just dinner. We're staying for 11 days. Any recommendations? Do people just repeat breakfast locations, or try different places each day? Is there a lot of variety between TS breakfasts? I was planning on starting off the vacation with breakfast at Chef Mickeys anyway.

A lot of the breakfast buffets are similar food, but different. Make sure to try Boma breakfast, Cape May Cafe (character buffet) When you get sick of buffets try Kona for breakfast (Tonga Toast :thumbsup2 ) Spoodles is supposed to have a pretty good breakfast too.

Keep in mind that you don't have to eat 3 TS meals a day, you can try some Signature Dining 2 TS credit meals. Deluxe DDP also allows you to use your credits for CS if you get tired of the full sitdown meals.

I would avoid traveling a lot just for breakfast since you'll be somewhat anxious to hit the parks. My granddad ate breakfast every morning at the TS spot at their hotel when they went. By day 3, they had their own waitress and table that greeted them each morning =)

For them, it wasn't worth trekking across WDW just for breakfast.

Another option would be to eat at a resort closest to the park you're heading to that day. That would allow you to pick a diff place almost every morning and still end up in the spot you want to be at for the day.

For some reason Breakfast gets a bad rap on these boards. :confused3 I say look at the menus and try every place you want as it fits your daily plans. No matter the place there is always some unique item that can make the trip worth it.

Our favorite character breakfast is the one at the Magic Kingdom--Crystal Palace. Great puffed french toast and, of course, Pooh, Tigger, Eeyore and Piglet! We are trying Boma and Cape May Cafe for the first time this year.

Our two favorite breakfasts are Chef Mickey's & Crystal Palace. They are fun places to eat and both have good breakfast buffets. Cape May Cafe is also good - we just had a difficult time getting there from our resort which was aggravating & the buffet seemed a little bit more limited compared to Chef Mickey's or Crystal Palace.

We went in April and ate at Boma twice, Olivia's, Kona, Cape May, Captain's Galley....6 TS breakfasts in 9 days was a bit too much for us since we had TS for dinner every night too.

I would always pick Boma, Kona and Cape May though, they are sooo awesome!

Three of our favorite places for breakfast are Cape May Cafe at the BC, Chef Mickey's at the CR, and Ohana at the Poly :goodvibes. While Cape May and Chef Mickey's are buffets, Ohana is all you can eat but is served family style to your table....and is very good ::yes::.

We love eating at "O'hanas" for breakfast--every trip!
We had the basic DP and thought that was alot to eat
I can't imagine eatting that much food on the DDP--plus all
the time it takes for sit down TS.
Have a great trip!!
