TS before or after Cirque?

I was wanting to find a place around DTD to eat before or after Cirque. It looks like all the restaurants in DTD are big chain type places. I live in Chicago so am not interested in going somplace I can find right here (planet hollywood, rainforest, HoB). What would you suggest? Is there a favorite restaurant that you have in DTD that you would recommend? Or is there one at a nearby resort that I could pop over to before or after the event. Please let me know!!

how about portabello yacht club? excellent norhern italian. we did dinner first and then stopped afterwards for dessert. enjoy cirque du solis!!

We went to the early Cirque show and went to Wolfgang Puck Cafe for dinner after the show. It is a very short distance from Cirque. Food and service were excellent. I highly recommend it Have fun!!!!!
