Did you sign off on the receipt when you took care of the tip? I am not sure how to fix it after leaving and transaction is complete.. You could bring your receipt to your resort help desk and see if there is anything they can do.
Take your receipt to your resort desk. They've helped me a couple of times with issues "after the fact," including the time a waiter charged the tip 3 times!
Something similar happened to us, although at the food court, last year. I took it to guest relations at my resort and they fixed it immediately, no questions asked. I had all my info. and tried to explain what happened, but he basically just cut me off (not rudely) and asked how many credits I was missing, I told him and he had fixed in like 10 seconds.
