Trying to switch my DU reservation from FD to room only package...no reply yet!

Hi,

I emailed my DU agent yesterday to give her a 'heads up' that we were going to probably switch our FD package to a Room only reservation. Haven't heard back from her yet...I know that she's probably swamped today...but, I'm getting anxious that I won't be able to get my dates!

My mom and sister don't want to keep our current Free Dining package at CSR. I checked my dates on disney's website...doesn't look like they have my dates available either. So, we might be switching to CBR. Ughhh...

Any thoughts? Should I hang tight...and wait for my DU agent to email me back? The waiting is driving me crazy!

Personally I would call, not email. If she is busy the calls will get first priority and the emails when she gets a chance to.

Since DU is an internet-based travel agency, there's not a phone # to call her!
There is a general phone #, but it is really just for emergency payment issues, etc...
