If you mean DM
you need 10 pst and a verified email I believe

You can click on the person’s name, that will open the option “start conversation” which will be a private post between you and them (and anybody else that get’s invited).

I’m at 13 messages and active for over 24 hours but it still won’t let me PM. I have a verified email as well. Not sure why I can’t

You can now. Typically it can take up to an hour for the system to recognize you've achieved your prerequisites for the option.

BTW, here on DISboards, it's call a "conversation". You just need to click on the "Start conversation" link either by hovering over your username, ot the the username of the person you want to PM.
