trying to make reservations online now

I am staying at Pop 1/8-1/17. I'm trying to do my reservations online right now. How come I can only make a reservation for 1/8 right now? Does the 90+10 not apply for online reservations??

The 90+10 window only opens after you retrieve your resort reservation. ALso, it seems that the online system has not opened for everyone at 3am ET (the "advertised" time is 6 am ET).

As the PP said, the system could have been down & you'd have to call at 7 am ET.

I think the official word is 6 am ET, but some have managed to get on at 3 am ET and get through.

The online system does in fact open at 3 AM EST. Many, including myself, have been able to made ADRs at 3 AM. However, there is no guarantee that the system will actually be working at that or any other time. But if it is working, you can do ADRs at 3 AM.

It opens up at 3am but unfortunately it doesn't work a lot of the time. I verified my reservation number would come up a few times in the days prior to my 90 day mark. At 3am ET I tried making online ADR's. NO LUCK. I could make the reservation for day #1, but not any time after that. I got the dreaded E00.... code saying it didn't recognize my reservation number. So I had to end up calling at 7AM. Who knows what their problem is, but I sure wish they would get it fixed. For a company that can make so much magic happen, its frustratring when a simple online reservation service doesn't work a lot of time!

The system would not retrieve my reservation as well. My friend was having problems with it too. It seems a lot of of people are.

Just call if you have to. Good luck and I hope you are able to get the ADRs you want.
