Some of us end-round the app by loading the desktop version of MDX in a browser on our phones.
I don't think they have anyone who can fix the errors, just wait until the AP holders are added to the cue. If I had to guess it has to do with the cell towers and wifi hotspots not up to the task of additional bandwidth.
They didn't plan on becoming a tech support, web routing company. That is what they have become by proxy.
