Trying to make FP+ reservations, but.....

I finally get to my FP+ reservation day, and when I get to the calendar on the reservation page, it won't let me move out of March!!! Anybody else??? Guess I'd better call IT back and wait for 35 minutes to see what's going on now.....

You have to select the correct date from the calendar before you click the option to select FP

It's the most illogical system I think I've ever come across, but there you have it.

Right, but the app wouldn't let me move to the month of May from March, where it seems to still be stuck. I called IT and the gentleman said, "I stongly suggest people don't use the app until they get to the park. It's much better to go on-line to the Disney website to make all your FP+ and dining reservations". I said I could do that, but what about when it acts up when I try to change one in the park. He told me there are kiosks throughout the park that I can use. I responded by saying that I thought the whole purpose of FP+ and the app where to streamline things and make them easier. His response was, "It was".... Since they KNOW there's a big problem with the app, how about maybe, oh I don't know, FIXING IT!!! Rant over....

I did make all the FP+ reservations through the website without a single problem, however, they DO NOT show up on the app. And I do have the latest version, and I have powered off my phone and still nothing.

Some of us end-round the app by loading the desktop version of MDX in a browser on our phones.

I don't think they have anyone who can fix the errors, just wait until the AP holders are added to the cue. If I had to guess it has to do with the cell towers and wifi hotspots not up to the task of additional bandwidth.

They didn't plan on becoming a tech support, web routing company. That is what they have become by proxy.

Yes May 21, and everything is linked in our account, rooms, tickets, dining reservations...I did get all the FP+s that I wanted, but had to go through the Disney website.
