Trying to help a friend

My friend is going to Disney in December with her son's school band. They are supposed to set up their own MDE acct and will get their tickets prior to 60 days for scheduling their own FP+. However, she may be interested in dining at Be Our Guest. Can she make those reservations at 180 days (assuming there are any available) even if her tickets aren't linked yet? Thanks!
