Sista, I am so sorry thecast member on the phone call seemed inconvenienced by your changes. That is his/her job…to take care of reservations and try to make you happy. What a terrible experience. Call back and see if another cast member can give you better service and answer your questions.
I worked for a major airline in a call center and that kind of customer service was unacceptable to our managers. I would assume it is the same at Disney. After leaving the airline I was a
travel agent. Rule #1 we had….if you don't like the answer a customer service agent gives you for a
reasonable request….call back and talk to another one. Sometimes we would go through three or four calls…but somehow things would work out the way we wanted.
