Parade is at 2pm, my BOG lunch ADR is at 2:25. Is this in any way possible? What kind of grace period might they have for being late to BOG? TIA!

Well, it shouldn't be too much of a problem. Watch the parade from Somewhere in the Frontierland or Liberty Square area as it will start there. Make sure you are on the side of the street with Rivers of America if your are in Frontierland. Walk behind the crowd as the end of the parade goes up the street (on the boardwalk may be good). Cut up through Fantasyland by Haunted Mansion and head over to BOG. You should be there in time. For lunch it shouldn't matter too much, as you really just go in and get in line to order at the kiosks (or confirm your pre-order). Then you have a seat. I doubt the CMs would give you any grief for being a couple of minutes late.

1) If you operate on Einstein Time (when you positively have to be there before time).
2) Disney DOES NOT have a Grace Period policy for ant ADR !

INFO:
ADR Times and Tardiness "411":
1) WDW advises you to be at the ADR 15-minutes early.
2) You are expected to meet your ADR time, just like any other appt.
3) Being on-time is your responsibility, not that of WDW.
4) If late, they *can* cancel the ADR.
5) Under normal conditions, they usually allow up to a 15-minute lateness, but this is kindness, not a Grace Period.
6) If really busy, (eg, Free Dining or Holidays), there might be no late ADR allowance.
7) If you miss the ADR, you *might* have the ability to wait for a table.
8) For waiting times, there is no estimate, waits of 1-1½ hrs are common.
. . . if the eatery is not too busy, wait times could be minimal
. . . just depends upon the individual day-time-etc
9) They also have the option of canceling and just sending you away.
10) These options are at the discretion of the SEATER on duty at the podium.
11) Plus, it is up the eatery manager to decide if you get charged the $10/person no-show fee fi you leave or are sent away.

NOTE-2:
If it is near the end of the ressie meal period or the end of park hours, do not expect ANY leniency in being late.
You are expected to make your ressie time, with zero excuses.
Courtesy is courtesy.
Plan to make your ressie or ADR times on time.

If at all possible, move the ADR to later. That may not be possible.
Even if yo usee the begining of the parade in Frontierland and then hurry to BoG, hoping the crowds aren't too bad to get through, its not likely that you will be able to see more than a few minutes of the parade, definitely not all.
Being seated after showing up late for an ADR is at the discretion of the seating staff as is charging you for not showing up. They may accomodate you or not. Most likely, it won't be a problem as you are eating at an off time when it probably will not be crowded. Doing that at noon or 6 pm would be entirely different.

While we normally find restaurants give you 15 minutes grace period (unofficially), I don't think you have that option here because lunch at BOG is only served until 2:30, so I don't think you have a lot of wiggle room to be late. I could easily see them refusing to seat anyone who shows up after 2:30 because they need to get the lunch crowd wrapped up in time to switch over the service for dinner starting at 4pm. That is a very tight turnaround considering dinner is a completely different menu and also requires a table service set up, which means they need to clear the restaurant of lunch diners well before 4pm. Under those circumstances, I would expect themt o be much more strict about you making your 2:25pm ADR than if you had a rezzie at another time.

Yep, this.

If you are later than your ADR, you will likely not be allowed into the restaurant, simply because the restaurant's hours for lunch end at 2:30. So, I would say you have about a 5 minute grace period, at best.

I just checked to see if I could move my time and there's an available lunch reservation at BOG that day at 3:15. The MK is closing early for a cast member event at 4:30pm or something.....so there's no dinner service at MK that day.

I’d book the 3:15, personally. I know my family wouldn’t enjoy the parade if we were concerned with rushing across the park for a meal. There just isn’t enough time to make a 2:25 ADR if you stay for the whole parade.

Well, that's a nice stroke of luck for you and your family. Congrats.
