Trying to find web site

I can not find the website I've used in the past...
Somewhere there is a website that you can find out
where exactly someone's flight is. It shows a picture
of an airplane over the state that it is actually over.
Is anyone familiar with this?
Please help...My brother gets in tonight and would like to use it!!
