I'm trying to find the right Diaper bag for Disney world. We went in February and had a back pack for my money and both girls items. This September I don't want to take as big of a bag. DD1 is potty trained, has been for a yr and a half. DD2 is only 15 months, so I need diapers, wipes clothes, cups for both girls and room for snacks (DD2 has milk allergy) I also want to carry my money it, so I will have to take it on the rides with me. Any ideas?

The Target by us had some really nice bags on a clearance rack- they looked funky and roomy.

I tend to like bags rather than backpacks because everything always sinks to the bottom in a backpack and I hate digigging- it makes me feel like I am going to lose something in the excavation!

I have a great bag from One Step Ahead that hangs from the stroller handle. Very convenient. I packed my valuables in the bag (money, cell phone, camera etc...),a diaper or two, a small package of wipes, snack for long lines etc... That is the one I would carry onto attractions so I was not bogged down with the bag of the century.

Then I put the arsenal of supplies in the bigger bag and just left that in the basket under the stroller. (My stroller had a HUGE basket.) It was for extra clothes, extra diapers, extra drinks, etc... Those things are not needed as readily- this approach really saved mine and DH's shoulders!

Good luck- I hope you find the perfect one just for you!!:goodvibes

Last trip, I used my baggelini as a pseudo-diaper bag. It had enough room for wipes, pull up, extra undies for two kids, snacks, autograph books, camera, etc. I didn't have a changing pad as my little guy is trained (I just had the pull-up and extra clothes for emergencies) but there would have been room for it too. It was easy to carry on rides and comfy to wear. It only has one cup/bottle pocket though. I used to always carry a Lands' End Little Tripper as my main diaper bag back in the diaper days. I used it as my purse as well, it was a great little bag! I actually bought it for my daughter back in 1998 and the zipper broke in 2000 so they sent me a whole new one! Then the liner ripped in 2002 or 2003 and they sent me another brand new one! (I did try to pay a prorated price, but they wouldn't let me. You have to love Lands' End's guarantee!) One version or another came to Disney with us four times and I never had a problem with the size.

I have to agree about the Baggalinni. It is a GREAT bag with lots of compartments!!! Very easy to carry or hang over the stroller. I got it for $20 shipped from BagsBuy!

I purchase this backpack from the disney store and have used it for every trip that we go on we also have ariel, tink, and JoJo. I use it to carry all of the items you mentioned for my dd3 plus a few toys, cameras, and mugs.

I put my money, room key, photopass in this part so that I have faster access to it.

I'll echo the recommendation for the baggallini as a psuedo diaper bag. In fact, I bought one for our May trip and I haven't switched back. I love that bag, it's so convenient to be hands free with a little one. I have plenty of room for wipes, diapers, small snacks, sippy cup in outer mesh pocket, wallet, cell phone, a couple little board books, with room to spare. I'm thinking of getting another one in a girlier color since I got the khaki thinking my husband would occassionally carry it - he doesn't since it's so lightweight and easy for me to carry I don't try to pawn it off on him!

You could definitely do the Baggallini thing, but we found it was easier to put diapers, travel wipes container, and disposable changing pad in the stroller- snacks too. Usually whoever had the young one had the stroller too, and it was one less thing to carry in the bag. Plus you don't have to hand off the bag every time you swap the kids. I have one of these:

but you could just as easily store everything to grab and go into a ziplock bag.

Which style of the Baggallinni are you all using? The messenger or the backpack? I'm looking into this as well. I will have a 21 month old when we go and I'd rather not lug around a full size diaper bag.

I second the Bag. mess. bag. I took it in Feb for DS (2) and it was great. It is small and lightweight but it is like magic and can hold a ton of stuff!

Messenger!:thumbsup2

I clip a Skip Hop on the stroller with all the diaper changing supplies and changes of clothes, sippies, etc. I leave that on the stroller when we go on rides, in buildings, etc.

Then I carry an Overland Donner (check shoebuy or ebags) with my money, credit cards, tickets, camera, and water bottles in the side pockets. It is smaller and easy to wear on and off rides. I put a couple extra wipes in there just in case but I go back to the stroller for the other bag when I need to change a diaper.

It actually sounds more complicated than it is:rotfl:
It is nice to leave the diaper supplies on the stroller, they can be a pain to carry all the time.
