Trying to find 2011 BLT Resort dues breakdown due to sale

I"m *this* close to not having to declare capital gains on the sale of our BLT contract in 2019. I can't find the budget breakdown for 2011 that shows what portion of the dues were allocated to Capital Reserves. Would anyone out there have this? Thanks so much!
