Trying to figure out how to plan day around Q&C's???
PLEASE HELP!!!

will be there 4/3-10th (2.5+ & 6 yr old) at Swan:

Need help in trying to plan our meal (& afterwards) itinerary (especially if we use Q&C's)!!!

Here's my 'thinking' - uggh... - pls make any suggestions and/or changes:

Saturday (arrive mid afternoon):
->late lunch - Chefs de France (french menu)
->Dinner - ?beach and cream (Q&C)
... afterwards ????


Sunday:
->breakfast: - spoodles -> (1st full day -have to go to MK-right?!)
->lunch (MK): - ?columbia hse (Q&C)
->dinner: - ??beach and cream (Q&C)
....where afterwards??


Mon, Wed, Fri:

BREAKFAST:
-If we have 10 am Character Breakfasts on Mon, Wed, Fri at the following: crystal palace, ohana, cape may.... then we would plan on skipping lunch (too full). We would most likely go to Magic Kingdom after breakfast.

DINNER:
- So...if we were to use Q&C....our choices for dinner would probably be Beach & Cream or Flame Tree (i guess???.... any suggestions?)
..... Questions: If we did either of these restaurants for dinner, since they are both at the other end (ie, boardwalk or AK) what should we do afterwards....go to Epcot or go back to MK?


Tues, Thursday:

I know this is confusing... (it is to me also), but I'm trying to figure out how many (if any) Q&C's to order. Am I on the right or wrong track? pls be honest.

If you can get there, Pepper Market at Coronado Springs is an AWESOME deal. We've been using vouchers for a few years and never quite made it over there but we did on our last trip. It was great. DH got the ribeye steak with veggies and fries and so did I, but they had several different counters offering a whole ton of things like fresh fish, upscale Mexican, Chinese, etc. We did lunch here on our off day and really enjoyed the leisurely pace and had a chance to check out the resort. Don't get disouraged with the vouchers -- once you get the hang of them they're great. I always kept 2 extra in my purse in case we came across someplace we wanted to try on the way to where we were going (This was especially helpful in EPCOT). Don't forget to try the Lotus Blossom Cafe in China (EPCOT). The food is great.

We will see you at the swan, are you going to the meet? Look for 3 teen ds and a big dh and the big mama, me. I have never ordered those vouchers. I know if you are on a very tight budget it would help. Can you use those at the rainforest cafe? Your kids are little and could probably split a regular kids meal. See you have alot of breakfasts planned. I would really skip the breakfast and get to the parks early with the little ones and use your money twoards lunch or dinner. I have a budget for my family too. No breakfast except what I bring, granola bars etc. Gatorade from the room which I make and 1 nice meal a day and 1 counter service. Did you already have the vouchers? I like the flame tree, the portions are large , remember the dining is outside only there.

I'm using the vouchers on our next trip. I have one place where I really want to use a voucher(Beaches and Cream). Other than that, I just plan to go with the flow. When we get hungry, we'll just pop into the closest place that takes the vouchers and be done with.

For me it helps to not be concerned with being able to get tons of food for a small price. I just look at the vouchers as a way to prepay our meals.
