Trying to determine who has a better flatbread California Grill or Jiko's?

They are both good in their own right...make reservations at both during your vacation, then come home and let us know what you think with a great dining report.

I've had flatbreads at both locations, and preferred CA Grill's. But they were both very different, so it'd be hard to recommend one over the other unless I knew what your tastes were. And the one I had at CA Grill isn't even on the menu anymore, so that's a moot point.

Jiko! Nothing we ordered, including flatbread, at CG was outstanding.

Both are good. CG probably changes theirs more often than does JIko.
