A co-worker of mine (49 years old) would like to visit WDW if she can ever save enough money. I try to describe to her how great it is there and all I can say is that it's wonderful and from the minute you wake up until you go to bed is that you have fun all day!

Can you give me some more to tell her to convince her to go?

Hey Jaye- A belated welcome to the Dis from a fellow wheat-stater:D Do you have some printed matter from your trip(like the maps they give out), or a vacation video? The chance to sit down with someone who has been there and can talk about all that is on the map or the video might be just the thing to push them over the edge:D

Sadly, if she needs "convincing", I think you should let it drop. Sure, it'd be great if she went and loved it. But if she turns out to be someone for whom Disney is not her thing, you don't want to be blamed.

I think recommending is a great idea - but convincing is going too far.

If she really wants to go, and saving money is her big hurdle, tell her this: Book her trip way in advance. That way she can send payments to WDW whenever she can so her trip gets paid off in a painless way. It's much easier to send the money to WDW when she gets it than trying to hang on to it (it always ends up getting spent on something else).

This is how we do our trips and it's almost TOO easy. If Disney ever takes this option away, I'll probably never go.;)
