Trying to contact Skyauction

We need to contact Skyauction and have called for several days about the possiblity of changing or dates or getting (ha! HA) a refund. Anyway, my husband called them and they answered him on an e mail b/c we got an aution and then they did not have the dates we needed. He then wanted to know how to proceed from there and has called repeatedly but they have NOT called him back. Anyone got any hints? We won two seperate weeks at Vistana and now they do not have the back to back time for the second week. We would have to put a week somewhere else in between and make it three weeks which would not be a bad thing but we have a deal from Marriott that we would put in the middle but we want to contact them and see if there are any options.

I would do it now - because unless you are fast to request your weeks they will also be gone.

kept in mind that skyauction gets the timeshare from RCI - neither of which owns any of the timeshares. they can't give you a week they don't have.

WE did that but they have not e mailed us back. They are not in my opinion the ,"the fastest and most dedicated" since the e mail and the calls have been going on all week. I know they do not have the week we want but we were hoping to defer the extra week maybe till next year and buy another week somewhere else.
