trying to contact guest services

Wasn't sure where to ask this--if not allowed here please redirect...

We just got back and had our first bad trip at Disney--I posted a brief snapshot of it in the here/back thread...

When we left I asked how we could contact Disney as I wanted to send magic to a few cast members who had helped us and also let those who make decisions know how badly this experience was. I got a card from the front desk for an email "guest.services@disneyworld.com" and took the time to type up a detailed report and send. I got an undeliverable message that the recipient is not accepting new messages because the account is undergoing maintenance". The irony--like most of our experience last week nothing is working like it should be there...does anyone know other ways I can get this sent? Thank you!
