Trying to cash out at milesource

Has this happened to anyone else?

I have enough points to cash out for a supercert at milesource. Went throught the process, clicked on the appropriate link for the supercert amount and the next page tell me I don't have enough points for the award even though I do. So I went down to the next lower level and tried that-still got not enough points.

Can anybody give me some advice?

For whatever reason, the site would not let me cash out this morning. I think the site was acting screwy for a lot of people. ANYWAY... I cashed out this afternoon with no trouble.
