I'm trying to cancel two cruises I have booked but just get the page won't load screen on 3 different browsers and an error on the app.
Can anyone tell me what more I can do besides calling? I'm in Australia and don't have international calls on my phone plan.

Have you checked if DCL has an Australian phone number? I know they have local numbers for several countries and with the ship being based there, I think Australia could be one.

Can you cancel a cruise online? I thought you had to call to cancel?
