I got a transfer in of points recently and I can view them on my dashboard. They are not my home resort....it is a different resort but current use year just started. Trying to make a reservation with them during their 11 month booking timeframe but keep getting an error on the site. When I click on the room to continue the reservation, it tells me that the room no longer has availability (even though the entire month is wide open). When I try a dummy reservation with my own home resort points at that resort everything is fine. They are Aug 2021 points.... and I'm trying to book June 2022. Is this a known glitch and I have to call member services to book it? On the phone when we did the transfer, I was told I would be able to book with them online without an issue now. Last time I had transferred in points, I had to call to book with them. But I thought they did make it available to book with transferred points online now.
