Trying to book ADRs

I am trying to book adrs on line this morning for our trip which will be September 4- September 13. I was told today was my 180 day window. I went on line and was only able to book for the first day (9/4) anyone know why?

Did you put in your resort reservation number? That allows them to see that you are a resort guest so that you can make your reservations 180 + 10 out.

Did you enter your reservation number? The system will let you get your "plus 10" days only if your reservation is in the system.
