Trying to Book a Tour ... Is There a Better Way??

I have been calling the (407) number all day to try to book a Keys to the Kingdom Tour for our trip in April but every time the wait time is more than 60 minutes! Is this typical? Is there another way to book this tour or a better time to call? My first call was about 8:00 AM (Central Time) and about every two hours through 5:00 PM. Is this by chance a 24 hour number?

I wanted to book ME yesterday and the wait was long. I called back and instead of pushing numbers I just kept saying "Customer Service" finally got through after a minimal amount of time.

Yes, do not bother to answer any of the automatic demographic profiling questions, just a constant '0' on your phone until you get a person.
