Okay, I am leaving tomorrow for DL with my 3 kids (my 2 girls and my son), the kids are really excited about it. Well here's the problem, yesterday I woke up with a sinus cold and a sore throat. Today I have spent most of the day in bed on medicine and drinking a lot of fluids.
We are going no matter what. I took advantage of the adult tickets for same price as a kids' ticket and they expire on the 26th of April.
So can you guys send some magic our way, that I feel better and we all have a good time.

Can you get in to see your doctor before you leave tomorrow? The same thing happened to me the day before we left for our honeymoon. I also had the beginnings of that eye infection people were getting from using the Renu eye solution. I was given an antibiotic for the sinus infection and a prescription for the drops for my eyes.
More dust going your way!!! Hope you get better!

Take lots and lots of vitamin C! And ecchinacea and zinc!! Rest as much as you can, and drink lots of water. Feel better and enjoy your trip!

Zicam nasal swabs cut down the length of cold symptoms too.

Might want to run to doc and rule out strep just in case. If strep positive..Get started on antibiotics right away and it will clear quickly.

Hope you feel better tomorrow! I've been to DL a few times pretty darn sick. A few years ago I woke up the morning we were leaving and my throat was killing me. I couldn't believe it! I was pretty sick on the trip, but took my cold meds, and drank lots and lots of fluids! It was also that year in October where they had that huge fire, tons of ash and smoke. Wow that was rough on my throat! But I still had fun! You'll have fun, just take it a little more easy and take care of yourself!

Thank you all for your well wishes. My husband has been great during this, and I was able to rest all day today. I will make sure to get some Airborne (I had not heard of this prior to today) on my way there tomorrow. Whether I'm sick or not this week, I will still be having a great time in Disneyland with my kids. This is all of there first trip there, so I can't wait to see their faces when they walk through the gates the first time.

I went to DL with a cold once, well, the night before i had one, drink lots of liquids as posted already, and before you hit that freewya, i would stop at a 24 hour grocery store and pick up some nice cold orange juice to drink during that drive to visit the mouse, hope you and your kids have a awesome trip and take load sof pictures. i envy you, im not going to dl for awhile, so enjoy <3
