I can make ADR's on the 21st of this month. We're staying 7 nights on the DDP. I am looking at trying some new TS restaurants, we've only ever been to two on our list before - California Grill & Crystal Palace.

Here's my plan:
Arrival day: Dinner @ Shula's
Day 1: Breakfast @ Chef Mickey's, Dinner @ California Grill
Day 2: Dinner @ Kouzzina
Day 3: Dinner @ Tony's Town Square (MNSSHP)
Day 4: CS
Day 5: Dinner @ Sanaa
Day 6: Dinner @ 50's Prime Time Cafe
Departure day: Early breakfast @ Crystal Palace

I am really looking forward to the new places, Cat Cora's Kouzzina, visiting AKL for the first time, Tony's and 50's Prime Time... I know this is more than 7 TS but we'll pay out of pocket for Shula's and the last breakfast. Comments more than welcome...

I would suggest Liberty Tree Inn over Tony's Town Square. Both are good, but I MUCH prefer the former. Take a look at the menus because they have different themes. I have been to Tony's only once, and it was good, but not great.

I would also skip 50's Prime Time. Way overrated in my opinion. For a similar, fun experience, try Whispering Canyon Cafe in the Wilderness Lodge or Boma in Animal Kingdom Lodge is different than just about any other buffet in the World.

For me, I'd skip Shula's, OOP or not. I love the restaurant, but I've been a number of times to the one in Naples. And it's great! But . . . I don't know, just not for Disney maybe.

50's Primetime is an experience - if you go for that, it's fun.

I used to really like LTT, but have not been in a while. That said, the one meal I had at Tony's ages ago, I liked. But I think it's pretty much disliked around here.

I know the Plaza at MK would "waste" your credits a little bit, but I have always liked it. Good burgers and great milkshakes!

I think you have great choices!

I would suggest the below...
Arrival day: Dinner @ Shula's (i would change this to Yachtmans Steakhouse or to Ohana.
Day 1: Breakfast @ Chef Mickey's, Dinner @ California Grill
Day 2: Dinner @ Kouzzina
Day 3: Dinner @ Tony's Town Square (MNSSHP)
Day 4: CS
Day 5: Dinner @ Sanaa (love this place!!!)
Day 6: Dinner @ 50's Prime Time Cafe
Departure day: Early breakfast @ Crystal Palace

Thanks for the replies...

I chose Shula's that first day because we are not hitting a park. I had been considering something in DTD but nothing jumped out. It is the only real maybe in the list. I just love a good steak. I still have 2 weeks to mull it over. Maybe I'll switch it to Ohana - it has been 35 years since I've stepped foot inside the Polynesian and my DW does love bread pudding.

I was torn between 50's Prime Time and the SciFi Dine-in Theater... still am.

I know Tony's gets mixed reviews here but chose it because it is the only TS restaurant we have not been to in MK. Got to try it at least once, right?

Nice choices. Sanaa became a favorite on our trip last week (we ended up going twice!).

My parents and daughter (and her bf) had dinner at Shula's just last night. Now my folks are pretty picky when it comes to steaks (favorite place was Morton's--our Morton's closed). They said their steaks were the best they've had. :goodvibes
You have several places on your list I want to try myself (on the agenda for the next visit---hopefully within the next 12-18 months). Kouzzina, Sanaa, and California Grill. We did breakfast at Chef Mickey's and Crystal Palace (we all liked the food better at CP) so next time plan on trying Tusker House and Ohana. We loved 50's Prime Time :thumbsup2

Everything you have planned looks great. My family really enjoyed Chef Mickeys breakfast.

I agree try everything once :). as for Prime Time and Sci Fi-if your kids are going to laugh up a storm when you are told to eat your green beans, then eat at 50's. If not, Sci Fi is a good choice. Both have awrsome themes.

I think your choices, except for Kouzzina, are ok. Have fun.

I'm also not a fan of Tony's but if you've never been there - then give it a try.

I like 50's Prime time. The food is ok - nothing spectacular but the atmosphere is fun, especially if you play along. We do make it one of our TS every time. Someone else mentioned Whispering Canyon and while I agree, it's a similar fun atmosphere and the food is a bit better, we've had mix experiences with the Cast members there.
