Trying not to get too excited

So - we finally did it. we made an offer yesterday morning at 9:30 am on 200 points at VWL. the sellers accepted almost instantly. we signed contracts today and its off to ROFR. already got the financing done too.

i know we still have the ROFR and closing, but i can almost taste my membership now. i cant tell you how excited i am. thankfully, i know most of you understand.
