Trying all new restaurants need some advice

That’s a good point. We could always move Beaches and Cream to the following night since we are doing a sit down breakfast we’ll have a longer break between food.
We just ate at Beaches and Cream last week for the first time and I thought the food was actually very good but I saw you were worried about noise and I have to say it was VERY loud in there. I think just bad acoustics with all hard surfaces and a small space. My 3.5 YO who is moderately noise sensitive said it was too loud and asked to leave immediately and had to be bribed with a milkshake and wore noise cancelling headphones and we still rushed through because he kept asking to leave. For reference, he was totally fine at other bustling restaurants like Chef Mickeys, Crystal Palace and even sci fi dine in, but the volume was louder here.

Hmm that could be problematic. Overall we haven’t had too much issue with noisy restaurants. Not sure what to replace it with if we don’t go there

Not a fan of Rainforest cafe, its like a TGI Fridays, Tiffins is great if you’ve never been there, not fancy at all. Tusker House is also pretty good and it’s a Character buffet, Both places are way better than RFC

Tiffins is wonderful. And we like Jungle Skipper much better than Plaza.
According to the online allergy menus, both have kids Mac n cheese that is safe for egg allergies.

This is an excellent site that mirrors our experience when our son was young. One of the things I learned was to ask for the binder to check the ingredients. Suppliers change frequently. On one trip the QS hamburger buns kept switching from at were safe to ones with eggs. That’s why sit-down is so much safer unless clearly the food would never have the allergen

Has anyone tried Rix sports bar at the Coronado? Some of the sandwiches sound pretty good. Is it not a Disney owned restaurant? It doesn’t have an allergy menu listed online

The Palmas Food group owns ALL of the restaurants in Mexico—Epcot, all of the restaurants at Coronado, and Frontera Vuvina at DS. Rix is a sports bar and is not nearly as good as 3 Bridges, Dahlia Lounge, Toledo and even Maya Grill, IMO. Coronado Speings has a big convention business. Unless you are there for some other reason, Rix would not be a reason to go to CS, unless you want to watch a particular game.

Thanks! It was a night I was thinking quick service for dinner but my husband wants me to book something. Not sure where to book. Might do Topolinos since we are staying there and have only done breakfast there

You could book Toppolinos if you can get it, and if the mood strikes cancel that and get QS at Primo Piatti or Bar Riva. At Bar Riva you can throw on a cover up and eat by the pool.

Rainforest and T-Rex one in the same also include Yak and Yeti (same owner) are neither good nor bad -- unless you order from the top of the menus that is usually bad with the expectation it will be good. Order Burgers and like and it is fine. Personally if i am setting foot in AK it will be Flame tree or Satu'li but I have had a few not so great visits, never bad at Flame tree.

We love Satu’li but both kids hated their food when we went there last trip

I highly recommend Tiffin's. It's become my wife and I's favorite meal on property. If you go for lunch they have the burger for pickier eaters too!

I had thought the animals might be fun for the kids but idk if they’d like it being really loud
Have you considered Sanaa? Sometimes when we hit the park early we book a lunch at AKL.

Have fun no matter where you eat!
