In my attempt to make some life and health changes I've signed up for a class at a yoga studio tonight. I'm nervous...I'm way out of shape and not the most graceful of people. Does anyone else go? How do you like it? Any tips? Do you feel like it helps you overall? 20 questions I know.

yoga...give yourself 6 weeks to really give it a go, learn the poses, etc. don't be discouraged if there are really flexible folks in class, you are doing this for you. it's a great way to work on your flexibility, tone muscles, work your 'core' muscles and at the same time take an hour to let your mind destress......enjoy
