Try this $40 off coupon for National Aug-Oct

I thought I would do a search for a $40 off coupon. what I found were threads from last year with the $40 off coupon code for Aug. I thought I would try it for my september rental and it worked. Here are the results of my ressie: The coupon code is ND1881JDK

The corporate code I used is a Sams club code which gave the extra $2.63 off. If you use the Emerald code, 5007125 the base rate is $124. Overall started at $196 now down to $124. The coupon is a National E-coupon so no printable version.

Thanks so much...I tried the $40 coupon and the Emerald ID and got $76.30 off my original reservation...12 days $186.12 + taxes (etc.) $76.65 for a total of $262.77. Need to convert this to CAD but it's much better than the original quote...thanks again! Any other money saving tips?

This worked for my Sept. 29-Oct 5 trip, but did not work for my Oct. 31-Nov 12 trip. This number looks like the $40 coupon they send out to their EA members periodically. I added it to my Sept/Oct trip and it is now $130 total for the week after all taxes and fees for a full size or better/Executive Aisle.

Avoid disney, they just uPPed their ticket prices....but alas, all the parks raised their prices last week according to my nephew who just got back last Saturday...

Just plugged in some dates for us for a week at the end of September. Total cost is $127.43 for a sub compact...BUT...

there's a big red disclaimer at the top saying that a hard copy coupon may be required when we pick up the vehicle.

What happens when we don't have one to show...

what contract id did you use? Is it like a different Club contract ID within Emerald Club

ours is coming in at 132.88 using the Emerald Club generic contract ID

Any time that you use a coupon code, it will put up the disclaimer about needing a hard copy. Even with the entertainment e-coupons it will show the disclaimer.

Me too. I have noticed that alot of coupons for Oct will work only if you have a Sept checkin. I'm going Sept/Oct and it works, but am also going Oct/Nov and it does not work. I've got my reservation for Oct/Nov and am just waiting to apply a coupon that works that I'm allowed to use. I passed on the entertainment one since I don't subscribe.
