True park opening time 1/31&Tigger Tails

When the park opening time is 10am, what time does DL truly open? How long before that time should my family be in line? Also, what is a Tigger Tail?

If DL is scheduled to open at 10AM then it officially opens at 10AM. It might let people in early to Main Street (as early as 9:30) but hold them back from rides. This is just to reduce lines at the gates. Also, if it is a Magic Morning day then it will be open for select guests one hour early - at 9AM on such a day.

If you have a Hopper Pass with Magic Morning then at the enterance to the hub on Main street if you show your hopper pass to the CM's you can get access to the rest of the park. Otherwise you are stuck on Main until the park officially opens.
