So EVERYONE that has been to WDW knows that if they find a Disney photographer they can do the "holding Tink" pose. Right? Okay, so we just came back about a week ago and I had a girl at my work say that they were able to do a similar pose but with Stitch instead. She just came back from WDW 2 days ago. Anyone know the truth behind this Stitch myth? Thanks in advance! :disrocks:

OK- serious answer here...

When we were at WDW this past Dec, we had a photo done at MGM by one of the park photographers. We did the regular shot and then were instructed to "hold out our hands and looked surprised". When we got the photo, sure enough, my DD and I were holding a regular type brimmed hat and Stitch was jumping out of it.

We have photos holding Mickey, Tink, and Stitch. The one with Stitch came from MGM in Nov.

REEEALLLLYY???? I want to see what it looks like!! I love Stitch and now I'm kicking myself in the bum for this one. :sad2: We were just there and everything AND I had NO clue :sad1:

Good question...I'll have ask for the Stitch pic when I go in May :) BTW, I love your dog, SO cute!

At the AK the photographer took a picture of my DD's and told them to hold their hands out together. When I went to view it online, they were holding a baby Simba! It was so cute, I just had to get it. :)

The photographers at MGM did some Stitch photos for us (we didn't know when we were posing that Stitch would be added). They were fine but we bought plain ones. It was the photographers along the main street going toward the hat. I'm not sure if Stitch can be added to any photo or just particular ones.

Wow! This sounds so fun!! I've never heard of this! Thanks for the tip!!! :earsboy:

We asked to have the photographer do our photo in front of the big Christmas tree at MGM in Nov. She told us to cup our hands and act really surprised and shocked. Well, there was Stitch, jumping out of the hat in our hands. The only issue I had with the photo was that I wish I could have gotten more of the Christmas tree in it.

I think our very best family photo is the one we almost didn't get!!! We arrived at Epcot, on a rainy afternoon. One of the photographers stopped us and asked if she could take our photo. She was so nice we said sure. Well, I'm so glad we did. It turned out beautifully. That one has Sorcerer Mickey in our hands, with Spaceship Earth in the background.

I just wish WDW uses lower compression pictures. I ordered mine and the picture looks like it was taken using a 1.3MP digicam and the framing is very amateurish to say the least. What's the point in using 6MP dSLR?

Our DS loves stitch- which is no surprise--he acts just like him. I'll have to ask for a stitch picture when we go.

We had some taken last year of my DD at Epcot and when we got them, she was holding Sorceror Mickey. It was so cute. Hope to be able to do something like that again this year. Holding Stitch would be really cute!

We had the stitch one taken in Dec...

I've never heard of this either..... do you have to request it of the photographer??????

They look like this:

We had ours taken with Stitch coming out of the straw hat at MGM in November. I wanted one with Tink though...LOL!! Guess I will have to ask for one with Tink when we go in January. :flower:

Willcad- THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I've been dying to see what it actually looks like!! :grouphug:
