troubles with website for giveaday/getaday

we are going to volunteer in our area as we have an organization posted with disney just yesterday.i am following the steps. now i have got to the place where you click to continue to go to the ahands on network and it says the web page cannot be displayed. so i back track re fill in the info only to the point of email address and it says that email was already used today but may not have finished signing in with the last step of the hands on network. so i have to wait till tomorrow to try again. anyone have this happen and does any one know if there are any tickets left. have they reached their goal yet??

I did have that problem on Jan. 1st. Actually I waited 2 days... and then it worked. We just finished our volunteering project a little bit ago. Now my status says.... verification pending. I should have our certificate with in 3 days to 2 weeks.
