Troubles with room requests on online checkin

There are no options for room requests. It shows 2 but when you click on each one there's nothing there to pick. Any ideas? Trying to do online check in and am stuck. Thanks

The room request section has been broken on and off for 2 years now. And even when it is working, rarely, the options are pretty useless. I always call the main reservations line and add any room requests to my reservation. Then I skip that section during Online Check In.
