We purchased AAA universal passes a year and a half ago.

We used one of the two days and had trouble with the bar code.
The gentleman at the gate had to write on the pass saying one day has allready been used up.

We are going in April and want to use the pass for our second day. Should we go to a main office to fix this problem or just go to the main gate and tell them the situation.

If we should go somewhere else, where should we go?

Let them know at the front gate what happened. They may be able to issue you new tix with better magstripes/barcodes.

The same thing happened to us. We were there in Dec 2002 with a 2 day ticket and it would not scan...the lady took the time to punch in the numbers into the turnstile and it let me in, but took a long time.

In Dec 2003, I planned to use the second day and went right to guest services outside the gate and told her, she tried to scan it, said it wouldn't work for her either and about a minute later I had a new ticket and walked right through with no problems...the whole process of getting the new ticket issued took less time than it took the lady to punch the numbers in the gate.

Is Guest Services right outside the gate ?
