Trouble with snow in SW MO

We will be at WDW in three weeks, This is the first time my 9 year old Daughter had a spring break from School. Been planning this trip for about 9 months.Only problem we have had two use all of the spring break days as snow days, allready missed 6 days because of snow. She can make up the work at school for time missed, Just don;t want to get to far behind... Also from here on out any more snow days will be made up at end of year. I understand! We are in NC and have missed 8 days and there is a forcast for ice tonight. Spring break is gone, one Saturday is set and one day added to the end of the year! If we miss tomorrow we will go this Saturday too! The worst part is that we only got one pretty snow! The rest has been ice.
Don't worry about taking her out. Even schools that are not fans of family vacations will have to make exceptions when there are school calander changes. We always take DS out a full week and he does fine getting the work made up and has never fallen behind. Don't let that worry spoil your trip. Here's wishing spring and sunny weather.
