Trouble with National website?

I have been trying to log on to the National website for 3 days...and I can not do it. I have used the links from mousesavers, searches, etc...anyone else have these problems?

Have you redone any of your security settings or added a firewall? Try changing your cookies setting to "always allowed" and your security setting to "trusted site" for nationalcar.com

I've also heard it helps to clear the cookies currently on your computer. Good luck!

I can't get to it with my home computer. I can get to it with my computer at work. It's weird. I think their site has something against my ISP? Or there's some road block on the internet preventing me from connecting to it from home.

I had (and continue to have ) the same problem.
I can log in at work but not at home.
Somtimes it works ,,,sometimes not.
Very quirky.
I have contacted my ISP and they can do nothing.
I have also contacted SWA technical people and they can't seem to figure out what the problem is.

For those of you having problems, have you been able to make a reservation? I finally called because the site says the CID number couldn't be verified. Evidently this is a pretty wide spread problem. The lady said it would be 2 days for it to be fixed and the reservation I am trying to make is for FRIDAY! ACK!

DH has to fly out this weekend (found out today) and the rate is much cheaper going through the website versus online. Maybe he just won't be able to use the Emerald Aisle.

Any suggestions?
