trouble with ING account...

A new friend tried to email me a referral.

I do not have a SPAM blocker on my computer that I am aware of. I've looked in all my Outlook Express folders to see if it was somehow "trapped" in one.

We've double-checked the addresses for spelling, etc.

Has anyone had this problem receiving a referral? Any suggestions or tips would SINCERELY be appreciated!

I know when I have sent referrals to other people, some did not receive it right away. Sometimes it was software, sometimes it was a spam filter, sometimes they just deleted it because they did not know my first last name (on the referral)

They checked in all folders. Your friend does have the option to resend it again.

I think your friend can send a "reminder" from the referral page and that my generate another e-mail.
 
Maybe you can try another email address. Like a yahoo or hotmail address. I know that my AOL account likes to trash a lot of emails that are not necessarily SPAM (like my webcertificates and Mousesavers newsletter). Those emails never even make it into my SPAM file! They just languish in cyberspace forever.

Got it on another email address....STILL have no idea why my email at work wouldn't accept it.....

I am excited to get them for my dds as well.
