Trouble with DVC site?

Is anyone else having trouble logging onto the DVC site this morning? It is saying this is my first visit and I need to enter the PIN they sent me. Its not my first visit. I entered that a long time ago!

Just went in, no problem. You probably need to call MS to get whatever block has occured on your sign in info undone.

Thanks! I called MS and had to delete the cookies from Mozilla Firefox. I don't know what happened because I have used Firefox for years and never had a problem. Oh well, its fixed now. Thanks for answering!
