Trouble with Disneystore.com

Is anyone else having trouble with the Disney store website today? I was not able to place my order online...kept telling me my payment info could not be processed. I had to spend 10 minutes on the phone placing the order over the phone...what a disaster. I hope the order gets here correctly! The customer service rep told me I would not get any emails from them until it ships. I have no way of telling if she got everything entered correctly. NOt a good start to my cyber Monday shopping!

I just (like 5 minutes ago) ordered some stuff from the site and had no issues at all. Sorry you had so much trouble. Hope it all works out!

they took my money fine, the prob. I had was finding the right size shirts, every shirt only had one or two sizes, I wanted all matching shirts for our up-comming trip and could not find any they had my size and kids size in the same shirt grrrrrr
