I called them again, and this time they said it was on the truck. Latter in the day, I got an email notice that it was shipped. Wouldn't you think they would throw in express shipping? Over they phone, they said I should get it by Christmas- isn't that nice??!?! Still- no explaination why it was sooo late. I ordered it on 11-19, and it shipped on 12-16. Nothing was out of stock, either!!!!
My membership obligations to them ended when I ordered Beauty and the Beast. I don't plan on using them again. You can get things cheaper, quicker elsewhere. They really don't offer much that's exclusive (more like anything that you'd want). It would be nice if they'd open the Disney vault for members. That might make it worth my while.
I bought a few DVDs on 11-19. I am yet to recieve them (12-16)! I called yesterday, and the CM said that the items I ordered are in stock, and did not understand why they were delayed. She said she would put a rush on the order. However, when I checked my account today, it still says "processing". It takes them a month to PROCESS an order??? I am thinking about calling them by the end of the week if I don't see a change. She said I should get them by Christmas. WELL I HOPE SO- SINCE I ORDERED THEM BEFORE THANKSGIVING, AND I ORDERED THE DVDS FOR CHRISTMAS!!! I know the club is slow, but come on. I have fulfilled my "commitment" to them, so I may just say "saya nara" and ignore their mail. Has anyone else ever had something like this happen?
