Trouble with clear stamps

Hi, These last couple of days, my clear stamps will not remained stuck to the clear block.I have even tried a couple different brands of stamps.

try dampen the block or the back of the stamp - not dripping just damp - surface tension should hold it.

try washing the stamps with a little soapy water and allowing to dry, same with the block (or use stamp scrubber).

I use baby wipes to wipe off the stamp and the block. Let them dry and they'll stick like new. I also use the baby wipes to wipe off the ink after stamping.

i put my blocks and scrubber pads in the dishwasher occasionally too...

The one thing I don't understand that a couple of stamps are brand new and was very hard getting them off thier sheet.
I also want to start organizing them all in clear DVD cases and don't want them falling off.
Would it was also caused by using them in our very hot weather?I was on holidays at our trailer.
