Trouble viewing itinerary on Jet Blue

Is anyone else having trouble viewing their Jet Blue reservation since they changed systems last week?? I called them and got my new confirmation number and the computer still says we don't match.

On the phone they tell me all is correct, but I like to on-line check in and print my boarding passes from home and I still can not sign in!!

Any help???
 
I have had nothing but trouble on the 'new' Jetblue site! I sent them an email telling them that it was so frustrating trying to find flights on the site that I was thinking about just booking with SW!!!
They have gone to that new thing where you can see various fares for the surrounding dates....so, I plug in July 31 for our trip down, and Aug 8 for our departure home. I see that I can get a cheaper flight on Monday, Aug 9, so click on that day (just like other sites). Sure, it brings up Aug 9th, but it changes the July 31st day to July 3!!! Drives me nuts.
Sure do wish they would fix the darn thing. I love JB but not going to put up with all the hassle when trying to book.
 
I'm having issues with JB too. My flights aren't until April, but I'm nervous because my flight home doesn't show up during flight searches. I can bring up my itinerary and see the return flight, but if I go onto the website as if I want to purchase a flight, my flight is not there. :confused3 When I called up my itinerary, I checked my seats and very few seats have sold on my flight. I wonder if they're going to cancel it.

I had issues, too. I logged into the Trueblue program and could see our July fights that way. Then I had them email me a new itinerary with the new confirmation number. It seems you can't retrieve your reservation through the email confirm like you could before the website changed. The only way I can see it is to log in to Trueblue or put in the new confirm # and our last name. HTH.
 

I haven't had trouble getting my new reservation number or with viewing my itinerary. However I have had trouble with them moving our seats all around the plane several times.
 
OP, add me to the list. The original message said it could take a month to get it all sorted out, so I've tried to be patient. It still shows my January flight (which I took 2 weeks ago). It does show my March itinerary, but not my other 3 for Sept/Oct/Oct-late. I can type in my OLD confirmation number and it will pull up my reservation and it has my new confirmation on the itinerary, which I printed and stapled to the first one, just so I now have both confirmation numbers. I also can't really pull up the credit page either. It's only been 2 weeks, so I'm trying to let them get things worked out, but I do check often to see if things are better yet. So far, it hasn't registed my flight on Jan. 30. But, I'm happy because I flew the first day of the change and I was able to check in at RAC and check my luggage and I was dreading it because I thought for sure I was going to get caught up in the system going down, but I was pleasantly surprised. I still love Jetblue, I just hope they get our trueblue accounts worked out.

The only computer glitch I've had was using my back button doesn't take me back to the earlier screen and I have to start all over again. Of course for some reason it only wants to show me high prices, when it knows I want to see lower prices.....:goodvibes
 
Hmmmm, they have a new system since last week? I booked our flights for October on the 1st. I have the conf#'s they emailed. Should I be seeing if they changed? I still see my flights on the web. Were these flights you booked long ago? I am starting to get concerned now. :confused:

The change actually took place at the end of January. I believe it was on the 29th and 30th to be exact. If you booked on the 1st you probably booked with the new system and won't see a confirmation number change.

But after reading this went in and tried to look up my flight etc. and found it to be a pain. Had to do it over and over before the system found me. My seat numbers appear to be the same though and my flight is still there (cheap compared to all the other flights around it!) So I guess I am okay for now....
 
I have to go through the True Blue to find the flights. The flight shows but the confirmation # is different now.

I printed out a new itinerary sheet and had it e-mailed to me as well. These are all options on the site, no phone call necessary.

My credit balance still shows and is correct but I can not see when the expire. I have printed the info out previously though.

JetBlue normally e-mails you the day before check in, so I was not really worried about the different confirmation numbers.

I just checked our April flights as well....and both to and from are not up on the website to purchase anymore either. And I also checked the seating plans and just like your experience, there seem to be a lot of seats still available.:confused3 Oh Lord I hope that's not bad news!!
 
I'm not having any problems with the new system and I was able to easily find my itinerary.

My next flight is a Feb 18 flight out of Boston to Orlando with a return on March 1st.

I'd made my original reservation on September 30, 2009.
I received an email message from JetBlue on February 2nd containing a reissue of my unchanged itinerary. There was specific mention of the new reservation system but it didn't mention specifically that I had a new confirmation number - the new confirmation sequence was just there on the document.
Today, when I went on the JetBlue website, I looked up my flight from the "Manage your flights" link and found my reservation with the new confirmation number.
Then I went back to see what would happen when using the old confirmation number. That number must have been in a cross-checking database as the document that returned was my itinerary with the new number.
So all around working well for me.

BTW, there is a link on the home page providing instruction to customers having trouble with the new site.

How do you check the seating plans to see how full your flight is?

I looked up my flight under "manage your flight"....and where it says change your seat I clicked on it.

It shows all the seats that are available in case you want to change yours at this point in time. We didn't change ours, but there were a LOT of seats in the second half of the plane that were/are available.

I thought there was a way to see how many seats were available on a flight that we are thinking about. Trying to figure if I should buy now or wait alittle.

Just an FYI....my flights didn't show up either. Then Hubby clicked "refundable flights" and then they came up.....who knew???;)

Also, he was on the phone today with JetBlue, didn't ask why there were so many extra seats still available and the chance of canceling the flight....ugh!...

...BUT....they did need to "update our profile" (since the computer upgrade). So I suggest you call JetBlue B4 your flight to save time at the counter!:thumbsup2

Thanks for this info. I just checked "refundable flights" and my return flight showed up! I guess I feel a bit better that the flight does still exist, but all of those empty seats does still worry me.

I will call JB to see if I need to update my profile. Did you get a new conf# as some others have posted? I have not received a new one and my old one still works when I enter it.
 
YIKES!!!! Thanks to the poster who said her dh found their flights under refundable i was able to find my missing flights. My flight is less then half filed and they are asking 459.00 :scared1:now for the flight i paid 159.00 for!!! How do they think they will fill my April flight at that amount of money on a pretty well hidden flight??? Looks like they are now offering way direct flights as refundable for $$$$$$$ and the non stops for the lower fare....may be time to say bye bye JB next time around
