trouble this morning?

Is anybody else having trouble this morning?
I have tried 2 different computers, a phone and a tablet. Every single one it lets me pick my time and the people, then the next page won't load.
I am staring at my times I want and can't take them.
This is so frustrating.

Me! I got up at 6 am to do my reservations and it won't show any dates past the 180 day mark even though I have a package reservation. I tried making a reservation for Marrakesh for the one day it will allow me and it says to call Disney.

I have now been on hold for 20 minutes Not happy.

I'm having issues too. Now on hold going on 23 minutes. I was up at 6am and the site was glitchy but I managed to get four of my ten reservations. I called as the lines opened and am still holding. I need to go to work!!

I've now been on hold almost a half hour.

I fully realize how silly it sounds that I feel like crying but I feel much better knowing it's not just me. I'm trying to get 50's PTC for our second day. It took until our 5th trip for us to eat there because we could never get in so I'm nervous about that one.

AWW! My 50's that had 5:20 and 5:35 available now was only 6:50 or 4:30!
I took the 4:30 and will keep watching, but so sad.

I finally got through on the phone after 30 minutes on hold. We were able to get pretty much what we wanted just with some wonky times on some of them. The only popular ones were Ohana, Tusker House and 50's Prime Time, the rest that we wanted were fairly easy to get (Marrakesh, Trail'sEnd, Raglan Road).

I hope the PP gets the 50's Prime Time, hopefully the phone line will find one for you! The website is so frustrating I have had to call tech support twice just to link our hotel reservations and get my daughter to show up on there.

Me!!! I am so upset as I stayed up until late to plan it all out so I am operating under little sleep and it won't let me. I'm a disney newbie too UGH!!!

AND.....I am calling from my husband's cell as his was the closest on hand...and he will be leaving for work soon. UGH AGAIN!!

I decided to wait and book my others online (Cape May, Boatwrights, Chefs de France) when it is up and running again because I knew so many people were on hold this morning and I didn't want to tie it up with easy to get ressies.

Well an hour later and I have my restaurants - we did BOG and got 8:30pm - which is a bit later but the rest were all on time.

Wow, I did mine this morning and now I feel really lucky that things went pretty smoothly.
I was trying for BOG at the beginning of our trip and only 8:30 and later were available, but I was able to move a MK day to the end of the trip and then schedule BOG for 5:10.

I would feel so frustrated if it hadn't worked--this date has been circled on my calendar for weeks--I hope you all are able to get your reservations![

I also was up for 6 am and could not make any dining. I did get through after awhile on the phone but so frustrating!

I called back a couple hours later and got right through- they were able to switch 50's PTC to 5:30 for me- if you can try calling around 10:30 or so in the morning and see if the time you want Ohana opened up. I wonder if it sort of blocks of the time it shows you so nobody else can book it while you are looking at it? It seemed odd to me that at 7:40 there was nothing in a two hour window and at 10:30 it was open every 15 minutes, I don't think that many people already cancelled it this morning after making it pre-the 180 day mark.

Oh no! Mine are working, good luck though! I know our MDE account is in my name, the reservation primary person is my husband. When I call they ask me extra questions because of that. Are you the primary person both on the reservations and on the MDE account? Is is possible that could be a part of the issue?

Yes, I am the primary account holder. I think it is not linking because the last name on the dining reservation seems to be showing up as my maiden name, but I verified my correct last name with them on the phone today.

I sent a detailed email today and Ill call if I don't hear anything I just don't feel like wasting all my time on the phone if it can be resolved by email.
