I have sleep 'issues'. I agree with the winding down.maybe take a book and have a glass of wine at the end of the night. I am already having trouble sleeping just being excited about the trip! Leave in 2 days. No caffeine after 3 or 4 no matter how much you think you need it! I also take earplugs. Sweet dreams!


). Then I started bringing my own pillow with me and am amazed at what a difference it made for me. I take it everywhere. Somebody here said something about not taking it on a plane but I always do. I have a suitcase that has an area under the top that is perfect for my pillow. I have a question...what is a white noise machine?
