Trouble Sending PM

Call me technically challenged...
I have 11 postings, so I should be able to send a PM, right?
When I click on the username of the person I'd like to contact, I don't see a pop-up box to start a conversation. Am I missing something?

When I click on the username of the person I'd like to contact, I don't see a pop-up box to start a conversation. Am I missing something?

It's possible that that person doesn't have the required postings, or hasn't been registered long enough for the option to be available for them.

Once you've reached the 10 post milestone, it can take the system a while (up to a couple of hours) to recognize the fact and open the option to you.

Also possible, that person doesn't accept PMs (as we can opt out of them).
