Trouble redeeming Tupperware e-gift certificates

Has anyone else had trouble using e-gift certificates on Tupperware lately? I've purchased with them before with no problems, but lately I've not been able to. Every time I try to fill in the amount on the Gift Certificate Redemption page, I get this message:

You have entered an amount higher than the remaining balance for the E-Gift Certificate. Remaining balance is $10.00

This happens no matter WHAT amount I put in. I've tried 10, 10.00, $10.00, $10, $9.99, $9, and a dozen others!
This has happened with 3 different GCs that I know are valid. Two of them I have used partially on other orders, but I am now unable to use what is left. I just get variations on the above message.

You have entered an amount higher than the remaining balance for the E-Gift Certificate. Remaining balance is $3.00. (or whatever amount is actually left)

Anyone else have this problem? Any advice? Thanks!!

Yes, I'm having the exact same problem...I keep getting the same response.

I tried the Customer Service Chat and the girl did not understand my problem, so I will call their CS phone number just as soon as I get a chance. It is 1-800-366-3800 8:30am-10pm M-F;
8:30-7pm Sat. EST.

Good Luck, and let me know if you have any success.

I had that happen last week. I thought I had used a e-cert I had already used part of, but when I continued thru the process, it fixed itself before final checkout. I already got the order and everything is fine- so just keep going. You can always cancel out before the final billing if it doesn't work correctly. Hope it works for you.

Still not working! I've tried to order numerous times to use up my last three e-certificates. I see they aren't even offering gift certificates on their site anymore. Maybe that has something to do with it...:(

I was just going to post a question about the gift certificates and whether they were offering them because I could not find them. I guess this post, in a roundabout way, answered my question. Bummer. Would have gotten DH's MyPoints account up enough to get a RFC gift certificate. Oh well.

I was looking around on their site, and found this info:

eGift Certificates
eGift Certificates must be redeemed through our web site, http://www.tupperware.com, toward the purchase of products listed in Tupperware.com's online catalog and sold by Tupperware.com. In addition, eGift Certificates are not redeemable at Tupperware parties, Mall Showcases, SuperTarget Stores or other retail locations. eGift Certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund. Any unused balance will be placed in the recipient's eGift Certificate account. If your order exceeds the amount of your eGift Certificate, you must pay for the balance with a credit card. eGift Certificate cash value is 1/10 of one cent. eGift Certificates and their use on our web site are subject to our general Terms of Use. Tupperware.com reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion. eGift Certificates and unused portions of eGift Certificates expire one year from the date of issue.* We are not responsible for lost or stolen eGift Certificates.

Looks like the only thing to do is to contac them and tell them their ecert is 'non-functional."

Other than that, I don't know what to say. I haven't tried using one in a few weeks (I bought a $10 one just before they disappeared from the site).
